1. Important Notice on Production & Lead Times
Please be advised that a significant portion of our products are made-to-order or custom-configured to meet your specifications. For these items, the standard production cycle typically requires 7 to 8 weeks prior to dispatch. The delivery timelines outlined in Section 3 below commence after this production period and order dispatch. Please factor this into your project planning.
2. Shipping Coverage & Charges
We provide delivery services worldwide. While we strive to offer free standard shipping to as many locations as possible, we cannot guarantee free delivery to all regional and remote areas. A freight surcharge will apply to certain islands, remote regions, or locations that fall outside our standard delivery network.
If your delivery address is subject to an additional charge or requires special logistics, our customer service team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the details and options.

3. Order Processing, Production & Dispatch
Processing & Production: Please be advised that all items in our catalog are manufactured to order and dispatched directly from the factory. The comprehensive cycle—from initial production to final delivery—typically spans 7–8 weeks.
We take pride in our diverse customization options. You are welcome to submit your required dimensions or technical specifications at any time; our engineering team is dedicated to bringing your precise vision to life.
Dispatch Schedule: Completed orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding national public holidays (based on the country of origin).
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking link to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines & Delays
Potential Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within stated timeframes, unforeseen delays due to factors such as carrier logistics, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control can occur.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas (including but not limited to parts of Canada, Australia, Russia, Brazil, and inland regions of large countries) may take longer than the standard estimates.
Peak Season & Customs: Extended delivery times should be anticipated during peak seasons (e.g., December holidays) and in cases where customs clearance is prolonged.
Limitation of Liability: Alu Solar Carports shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. Should a significant delay within our control become known to us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
5. Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's full name, phone number, and any necessary customs information. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information.
Signature on Delivery: Parcels typically require a signature. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods, unless a prior "Authority to Leave" arrangement is confirmed (where available).
Unloading Assistance: Please ensure assistance is available to unload items. Drivers are generally not required to move goods beyond the delivery point.
Inspection of Goods: All items must be checked within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us in writing within this period of any problems (damage, faults, incorrect/missing parts). Timely notification is essential for resolution.
Import Duties & Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees that may be levied by the destination country.
Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
